Our Guest Experience

"I can’t thank you enough for sharing your beautiful place! Staying here allowed me to experience living in a tiny house, which has been a long-time dream of mine. The peaceful surroundings made it a perfect retreat, and I felt completely at ease knowing it was safe for pets. My furry companion and I loved the big lawn, and the proximity to Tagaytay was such a bonus. This stay was everything I hoped for and more—simple, serene, and unforgettable!"

- Ed, Jan 2025, Airbnb

" We had such a refreshing stay here. The space was comfortable and thoughtfully set up for relaxation. The hosts/staff were responsive without being intrusive. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and disconnect for a bit."

- Arczai Staycation, Jan 2026, Airbnb

" Casita Isabella is exactly as advertised, simple, serene, and peaceful. The place is perfect for unwinding, and we appreciated the strong signal throughout our stay."

- Erica, Jul 2025, Airbnb

" super perfect lalo sa mga couples! & sa mga burnout na sa work/business 100% tanggal talaga! no need na mag baguio! lapit din sa mga restau & abot ang grab. as in perfect walang masabi! babalik balikan ❤️ "
- Jason Brandon, Jan 2026, Airbnb

"As someone who loves the outdoor scenes but also enjoys staying in, this place prolly had the best of both worlds. We had the chance to disconnect to reconnect - no Wi-Fi, no distractions. There were plenty of things to do - dip in a hot tub, grill lot of BBQs, make coffee outdoors, read and have long, unfiltered conversations about anything. It was peaceful, quiet and felt completely private - even my dog had the best time since the space was fully enclosed, she had the freedom to roam around, do her zoomies, sniff every corner and lounge by the doorstep like she owned the place."

- Robina, Jul 2025, Airbnb

" The place was spotless and very well maintained, which made it super comfortable and relaxing. The host was amazing—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The space itself was even better than expected, with everything thoughtfully prepared. Overall, a perfect experience and I’d definitely stay here again."

- Kevin Daniel, Aug 2025, Airbnb

"The enchanting surroundings took our breath away, providing a truly unique experience. The meticulous design of the tiny house showcased thoughtful consideration, offering everything one could need in this charming home. It was a rejuvenating and relaxing stay, making it the best Airbnb experience for us. Malou and Jonathan were incredibly kind and superb hosts, turning our birthdays into extra special celebrations. Without a doubt, we look forward to returning to this heavenly retreat. ❤️ God bless you more Casita Isabella."

- Mikki, Jan 2024, Airbnb

"We loved our stay at Casita Isabella! The hosts are were super friendly and accommodating. The place itself is beautiful--exactly how it looks in the photos. Everything was in working order and the caretakers were there when we needed help setting up. We brought along a furry friend who loved the open space, fresh air and home-cooked food :) Kinda tempted to gate-keep this lovely little place, but I've already recommended it to all my friends who asked so that they can have the full Casita Isabella experience. I'm just so grateful places like this exist in our country. There is so much beauty in the Philippines!"

- Ashley Romaine De Guia, April 2024, Airbnb

"Best Airbnb stay we had"

- Joey, April 2024, Airbnb

"Casita Isabella is a beautiful and well crafted tiny house on a trailer. It's the perfect size for a couple or small family, and it has everything you need for comfortable living.

The interior is warm and inviting, with a cozy living area, a well equipped kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. The loft bedroom is accessed by a ladder, and it offers a private and peaceful retreat.

One of the best things about Casita Isabella is its outdoor space. The covered porch is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors, and the fire pit is a great spot to gather with friends and family.

But what really sets Casita Isabella apart is its location. It's situated on a quiet and peaceful piece of land, surrounded by trees and nature. It's the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and reconnect with nature.

Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Casita Isabella. It's a beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful tiny house that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing vacation experience.,

I also want to thank you LOT. ( THE OWNER ) for being so accommodating. You were always quick to respond to my questions and requests, and you made sure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay."

- Abbyy Evans, Aug 2024, Facebook

"The place is amazing, we chose that place to be able to bond as a family with our dog and our jack russel was off leash almost the whole time and was so happy to zoom around. The place is ergonomically designed, to where you put your hand towel to make sure it dries, to yhe chopping board and utensils mugs. We enjoyed the bath outside, the kitchen and griller, they even have a cooking stove designed for the outside wind and cold weather. we slept comfortably and just enjoyed the sunshine in the morning till the afternoon. Owner was hands on and very lovely when we arrived, they always asks if we need anything prior check-in and even were worried when we did a late check-in because of our previous plans. We strongly encourage for you guys to stay here, bring your mallows, your coffee. They even have a JBL speaker where you can really enjoy the music whom ever you're with. You can do camping outside too just ask the owner if it's alright, weather and material wise :) will be back soon!"

- Ann, Jan 2024, Airbnb

- Ara Grace, July 2024, Airbnb

"We had a great time. The host was responsive and gave clear instructions. The place was amazing. My 2 yr old daughter had fun playing outside. Even it rains, it feels cosy staying inside with a cup of coffee. And everything that guests need was well provided."

- Apple, June 2024, Airbnb

"It was a truly nice and memorable experience. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a perfect home-away-from-home feeling.
The amenities offered were top-notch, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service. The staff was always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any request, making the entire experience pleasant and stress-free.
Overall, I highly recommend Casita Isabella for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Tagaytay."

- Joven, June 2024, Airbnb

"We really had a pleasant and memorable stay. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. They gave clear instructions and very detailed information about our stay. Ate Bev was very accommodating and always there if you needed some help. We appreciate the pineapple gift! The place is what you see in the listing is what you get! Such nice surroundings, very peaceful, picture worthy and clean. The trailer house has everything you need and might probably need. We loved the beddings, fluffy soft pillows! Our pet hedgehog also enjoyed her stay! Thank you so much, Ms. Lot and Sir Jon. We hope all hosts are just like you guys."

- Karla, June 2024, Airbnb

"I booked a one-night stay at a cozy tiny house near Tagaytay and had a wonderful time. The place was charming in its simplicity and very clean. It had all the appliances we needed, powered by solar energy. The caretakers were warm and friendly, bringing wood for a bonfire and heating the small dipping pool. They also brought fresh pandesal in the morning, perfect with our pour-over coffee. We highly recommend this place to our friends! 10 out of 5 stars!"

- Lizette, May 2024, Airbnb

"India & Ryder loved their stay at Casita Isabella Tiny House on Trailer last weekend. It’s a unique and gorgeous tiny house built on a tranquil parcel of land located in Mendez, Tagaytay that’s pet-friendly to boot! We had sole and full access to the entire property ourselves (the place is elevated and securely gated) so the floofs could run around and explore to their heart’s content. We’ve only seen these tiny houses on HGTV and we’ve always been fascinated by them so when we saw this listing in a dog group, we definitely had to try them out. We were not disappointed. We enjoyed every minute of our very short stay and we hope to come back soon.

What we loved about the property:

super eco-friendly because everything is solar-powered (but they do have back-up generator in case the weather doesn’t cooperate)

— for a tiny house, it had complete kitchen amenities in their small galley kitchen: coffee machine (with complimentary coffee grounds, sugar, milk and tea), microwave, rice cooker, mini refrigerator, camping gas stove, big BBQ grill, complete glassware, cutlery, plates and bowls, pots and pans, and other useful cooking and serving utensils. They even provide little things like a can opener, beer bucket/champagne/wine bucket and metal skewers to make kebabs or roast marshmallows. They also provide a kitchen towel and rag so you can help keep things tidy. You literally just bring yourselves and your water and food for your entire stay. In case you are lazy to cook, however, the super helpful hosts are able to recommend a nice resto nearby to order food from.

nice and clean but super compact bathroom with a big rain head shower, good water pressure, big towels and even a complimentary kit for your use in case you forget to bring your grooming essentials (no TP so make sure to bring your own)

Indoor and outdoor hammock for relaxing

— not that you will need it (because you will want to enjoy all the nature the property has to offer) but they have TV and speakers and (god forbid) a karaoke machine if you’re so inclined (which we definitely are NOT). No cable or WiFi though because they’re completely off-grid. Not to worry, there’s strong telco signal so as long as you have good data allotment, you can work remotely if you wish or continue to stream your preferred content

comfortable loft space for sleeping with lots of comfortable pillows, a fluffy comforter, and a nice fleece blanket (but they can set up a bed downstairs if guest cannot access stairs). Because it’s accessible only by a ladder, it will be a challenge for those with big dogs to bring the dog up. So, sorry Wyder, only India went with me to sleep in the loft and Ryder Wyder stayed downstairs with his Ate Liezel

— not that you will need it because it’s so breezy during the day and it gets cold especially at night, but the tiny house has an overhead fan to circulate air and some tower fans in case you need it

— a super cute galvanized “hot tub” outside for a soak but fair warning, the water line is heated by fire so it will not get really hot and even if it does get a little bit warm, the cold Tagaytay air will just cool it down faster than it could heat up. Hahaha. So, if you dare take a dip in cold water to sip your wine and gaze at the stars, you’re free to do so. Haha

lots of outdoor dining areas so you can dine al fresco (but you can also use the indoor coffee table for a  sit-on-the-floor Japanese-style meal). Tip: the most comfortable place for breakfast is the wrought iron set at the back since the bright morning sun is directly shielded by the shadow cast by the tiny house. You’ll be outdoors enjoying the cool breeze without being under direct sunlight

nice and comfortable Adirondack chairs to chill and enjoy the farm view and the cool Tagaytay air

super quiet environment so you can fully detach from the outside noise, meditate and recharge your soul. You can just sit down, have a cup of coffee (or an alcoholic beverage) and listen to the wind in the trees, the chirping birds, the crickets, while you look at the view or gaze up at the stars on a clear night

— if you don’t know how to build a bonfire, the caretaker or the host will build one for you. Perfect for smores!

— best of all, Jon and Lot your super friendly, attentive, and accommodating hosts go above and beyond to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one

Lesson learned from this stay? Going tiny is an experience for sure but we’re realistic that we live a maximalist lifestyle and cannot live this way on a full-time basis. Hahahaha! Wish we could say otherwise but at least we know we can survive for a couple of days away from…stuff.

Reminder: This is an Airbnb and not a hotel. When you choose to stay here, you need to treat it as if you actually live here. Keep the property clean and do tidy up after yourselves. How you treat this property reflects on you and how you yourselves live at home. Please don’t be a pig and leave the property a mess when you leave. The hosts are nice folks and will probably not say anything to your face, but they’re human and they will judge. As will we."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The space was beautiful & clean, and just what we wanted. The owner and the care taker communicated well with us before & throughout our stay. Would love to come back & visit again. Overall a highly recommended place to stay."

- Neil Tanseco, May 2024, Facebook

"The place is nice and cozy. The attendants were very helpful in getting everything set up. Kuya Jerry was nice to talk about the plants around the area and Ate Bev was fun to chitchat. You will have everything that you need. They even have a tripod for those looking to do a timelapse of their stay here. The location is secluded and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are cute dogs around to play with (and grab ur fud hehehe) Overall an amazing experience and will surely come again. I recommend this tiny home experience for couples and small groups of friends."

- Ezra, April 2024, Airbnb

"We had a wonderful stay at Casita. Ms. Lot was very accommodating and helpful with all my inquiries. Sir Jon was also there to assist us and even shared interesting stories about how Casita started. The place has a perfect ambiance for those who want to get away from the city. And its also a great place for getting prenup photos taken. They have a tent for suppliers which made it a lot easier to shoot around the place. We do suggest a 2-night stay for prenup shoots, the first night can be for prenup preparations and relaxation, while the second night can be for just resting and enjoying the tranquility of the place. 💓"

- Winona Beatrix, April 2024, Airbnb

"Thank you so much Lot and Jonathan for accommodating us super highly appreciated all and 5 stars And also the Caretakers ang babait wala na ko hahanapin pa"

- Kenjie, April 2024, Airbnb

"Absolutely a hidden gem! ✨ It was our first time trying camping on a trailer, and it exceeded our expectations! From the location itself to its amenities, equipment, and the trailer's style, as well as learning the story behind how the place was built, everything was truly amazing. The place is incredibly peaceful and relaxing, especially under good weather. It truly feels like a home away from home. Sir John and Ms. Lot were extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We also appreciate the pot souvenir with 'Casita Isabella' engraved on it!🫰🏻
Despite my phone getting damaged when we used it on a tripod because of the strong gusts of wind, I advise future campers to exercise extra caution.
Overall, it was really a great experience! We will definitely be back! ☺️"

- Rachelle, Mar 2024, Airbnb

"We had an awesome overnight getaway from the city. The surroundings is so peaceful and this is the best place if you want to do a digital detox. Though mobile data is great so it's still up to you ;) . Jonathan and Lot were both friendly and all communication was very smooth. The amenities are also great and complete. We really enjoyed our stay! :)"

- Sabrina, Mar 2024, Airbnb

"Casita Isabella is really a gem! It was a very relaxing stay and our favorite spot was the bean bags by the door. The place is so big that our dog had a lot of fun running and playing all over the place. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and the vibe during the night was perfect for a romantic steak and wine dinner. I therefore conclude that coming back is a must! We got our much needed break on your place, Malou and Jonathan, we are so thankful!"

- Milrose, Feb 2024, Airbnb

"This place exceeded our expectations! ⭐️💯 The trailer house looks like it was plucked right out of a movie, down to every last detail. It was both an exciting and relaxing experience. It felt like 2 nights wasn't enough at all. Moreover, the owners were very warm and responsive. We felt right at home! We will definitely come back soon! 💚"

- Tracy, Feb 2024, Airbnb

"Ms. Marilou, Sir Jon, and Sir Lester were exceptional hosts, ensuring that we had a smooth and secure stay. The serene beauty of the place offers a peaceful retreat, especially during quiet nights (mabibingi ka sa sobrang tahimik!) Casita Isabella proved to be a perfect choice for a relaxing getaway, far from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We're delighted to have celebrated our anniversary here, and hearing the captivating stories behind Casita Isabella from the hosts added a special touch. One night was not enough! Looking forward to returning and sharing this wonderful experience with our families 🤍"

- Zillah Bernadette, Feb 2024, Airbnb

"Jonathan and Marilou’s place was probably the best vacation home my family has ever stayed in. If we could only stay for longer days, we would. The place was so serene and peaceful. It could really leave you in your own thoughts and feel refreshed in the morning. No wifi but great cell service. You still won’t get bored as they have mini gold and archery available. Glamping at its finest, but it still won’t take away the experience of actual camping because of the surroundings.
Jonathan, the host, was there to attend to all our needs. Even went out of his way to buy my daughter some chocolates for S’mores since we left ours. He was so nice and so full of stories of how the place came to be. Inspiring.
Great experience, really and it was the best way for my husband and I to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
Thank you, Jon and Marilou! Such lovely place you have and we’ll sure be back."

- Christia Arielle, Feb 2024, Airbnb

"It was a great stay at Casita Isabella.
The place offers serenity and exclusivity – perfect for couple or group bonding. It's located off-grid, but everything is provided in the casita. It's well-maintained and it's really clean! Cell network and data signal are also accessible. The hosts are very friendly, accommodating and super responsive. They provide clear instructions and smooth transactions. They even helped us find a transport service since we didn't bring a car. All our requests and inquiries were also accommodated promptly.
While it's theme is a tiny house, the whole area is actually spacious, complemented by nice view of nature and a yard where you can bond through some outdoor activities. My friends and I enjoyed the night, grilling some BBQ, and having some cozy talk by a bon fire. There's also a mini pool, golf trainer and hammock. Every corner is also IG-worthy.
✅️ Good deal
✅️ Cozy place
✅️ Hosts deserve Super Host status"

- Gerald, Feb 2024, Airbnb

"11/10. Place is very lovely and relaxing. Tiny house on trailer but surprisingly everything you need is available. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back."

- Shie, Jan 2024, Airbnb

"Perfect place for when you want to relax and be off the grid for a while. It’s private and peaceful. The owners are friendly and they will make sure you are well taken care of during your stay. They even gave us a list of restaurants, attractions and churches near the place. A bang for your buck! It’s also an ideal place for people who love camping and doing it with friends. We will definitely come back! If I could give 10 stars I would 😊"

- Maria Juliane, Jan 2024, Airbnb

"We enjoyed our stay and wish we stayed longer. The owner even accommodated us during our check in. Every corner inside and outside the house was very picture worthy (bring a tripod for better photos). The place is so peaceful and the only sound that disturbs the tranquility of the area was from crickets outside. Amenities were all there, from kitchen utensils and appliances. But we suggest bringing your own potable water and additional lights if you're planning to set up an alfresco dining during night time. Thank you to Mr. Jon for helping us on our needs and for a short kwentos before our check out. Definitely a must go place to relax. Hands down! 🩷"

- Justin Charles, Jan 2024, Airbnb

"Best staycation ever! 🤍
They were so the best Sir Jon to take care of, we were like part of their family. 🥹
Cleanliness 💯
Hospitality 💯
Amenities 💯
Basta the best lahat dito sa Casita Isabella!!!"

- Rachelle Anne, Jan 2024, Airbnb

"Marilou and Jonathan's place is very beautiful. We liked their tiny home. It is small but very functional. it is so cozy and very peaceful. it was a very refreshing stay. unfortunately, we only stayed a night and were not able to try the bonfire and the tub. It was also a very smooth check in and check out. Jonathan is a very nice host as he welcomed us to their tiny home. We'll definitely want to come back next time."

Dubu's Tiny Adventure Review: Casita Isabella in Tagaytay!

"Woof woof, pawsome pals!  Dubu checking in to share the deets about my first-ever trip to Casita Isabella, the tiny house wonderland in Tagaytay! Spoiler alert: It was pawsitively aaahh-mazing!

First off, let me tell you, this place is doggy heaven!  The whole property was ours to roam! I had a blast sniffing around, running like the wind, and of course, indulging in my favorite hobby – magmukbang ng bato  Here's why Casita Isabella won our furry hearts:

Tiny House, Big Perks:

Exclusive Floof Paradise: Imagine a whole gated property just for me and my furry fam!  It’s the perfect playground for zoomies and sniffing adventures.

Solar-Powered Bliss: The place runs on sunshine!  Completely solar-powered, it's like living in a cozy, off-grid haven. And fear not, if the weather doesn't cooperate, they've got a trusty backup generator.

Nature's Symphony: An environment so quiet you can hear the wind in the trees. Perfect for a soul-recharge.

Chill Zones & Dining Delights: Outdoor dining areas for al fresco meals, and comfortable outdoor lounge chairs and a hammock for soaking in the farm view

Chill 'n' Splash: An outdoor 'hot tub' for a chilly splash. Perfect for brave souls or those who love a fur-refreshing soak.

Bonfire Bonanza: If you're a S'mores fan, they've got a bonfire waiting.

Entertainment Central: TV, Bluetooth speakers, and even a mini karaoke machine (not our thing, but hey, some may love it!), a guitar, ukelele, Jenga. There’s no WiFi, but who needs it when you’re surrounded by nature?

Tiny but Mighty Kitchen: Tiny house, but BIG on kitchen essentials! Equipped with everything a pup and his hoomans could dream of – from coffee machine to BBQ grill, they've got it all. And if you're lazy (like my hoomans), nearby restaurants are just a woof away.

Spa Day Every Day: A compact bathroom with a rain head shower and complimentary grooming kit. I felt like a pampered pup!

Snug Snoozin' Space: Comfy loft for snoozing, even though I stayed downstairs (too heavy for the ladder climb). Fluffy pillows galore!

Hosts with the Most: Huge shoutout to Tito Jon and Tita Lot (and Kuya Lester), the real MVPs! They’re very accommodating and all-around pawsome hosts. They made our stay unforgettable. By the way, they’re also dog lovers (a plus for Mum)

Fur-riendly Reminder: When you book this pawsome place, please treat it like your own home. Keep it tidy, respect the space, and leave it as you found it.

Casita Isabella Tiny House on Trailer, you've won over this pup's heart!  Can't wait to come back for more tiny adventures!"

- Dubu Saracho, Dec 2023, Facebook

"Amazing tiny house experience with an awesome view of nature. Host was very helpful and friendly. Jonathan provided lots of portable lights, taught us how to use the grill, and set up the bonfire. 10 out of 10, will come back 😊"

- Sunshine, Dec 2023, Airbnb

"The place is situated in a very private and farm-like area - fresh air, cold weather, strong winds during our stay. It is fairly new with complete kitchen utensils, toiletries, TV, bean bags, outdoor tables and chairs but most of all pet-friendly. Everything is solar powered but mobile data (Globe/Smart) is very strong (LTE to 5G). Sir Jon (owner) was very accommodating and responsive to our needs especially for our bbq and bonfire set up. Definitely recommended if you want to stay off the grid…"

- Francis, Dec 2023, Airbnb

" Our family felt right at home during our stay; the place was quiet and peaceful. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, mini-golf, board games and making s’mores for the first time.
My birthday was made extra special with a surprise burnt basque cheesecake (will lookout for your mom’s coffee place next time we’re in the area) and plants to care for at home.
Thank you, Lot and Jon, for sharing your wonderful place with us. Thanks also for sharing your knowledge in building a tiny house, something that we really love watching on TV.
We look forward to our next stay here."

- Ags, Dec 2023, Airbnb

"We decided to celebrate our first wedding anniversary here at Casita Isabella and it was perfect! The place, the tiny house, the amenities, everything is there

We really really enjoyed our stay here, bitin na bitin po ang isang araw

Very relaxing and cozy din ng place plus very accommodating pa ang host na si sir. Jon, thank you po sa pagshare ng place na ito samin. Meron din pong signal for those who need to bring their work habang nagaunwind haha. We’ll definitely go back  #highlyrecommended"

- Jamille SG Paredes Maceda, Dec 2023, Facebook

" We really had a great time with the place. Sobrang peaceful. Sobrang ganda. Very aesthetic, para kang nasa ibang bansa. Haha

The owners are so accommodating lalong lalo na kay kuya Jon na talaga nakasama namin buong stay and they are very open with giving ideas and feedbacks. Babalik kami dito. Nahanap ko na ang tunay kong pahinga."

- Cristine Yamaguchi, Dec 2023, Facebook

"Just got home from CASITA ISABELLA and WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. Nakakabitin sa sobrang ganda sana nag 3 days kami . Pag dating namin winelcome kami ng owner na sobrang gaan ng vibes and very maasikaso. The trailer house was very clean and very cozy. Yung place nya ay parang nasa gitna ng farm which is very quiet kaya eto talaga ang best spot if gusto nyo mag relax . Plus sobrang bait ng owner, he told us pa about the history of the trailer house and how it was built . If you want to know the story of it, pabook na kayo! It's a great and inspirational story. Promise, Sulit! We'll be back soon!

We'll post a short video after a few days "

- Riz Kirby Bauyon, Dec 2023, Facebook

"It was an awesome anniversary getaway for us with our furbabies who had soooo much fun running around and watching the cows from a distance. The property is very private and secluded from people which is what we were looking for. When I first saw how lovely this property is sabi ko this is where I want to celebrate. Unfortunately, most of their December is already booked and there were 3 days nalang na vacant, watak-watak pa.

I asked if I could be waitlisted incase someone who booked for 2 nights cancelled, I'll be ready to jump in. Answered prayer. The Host is very accommodating and she sent all the details that I asked for. I was already booking a dinner reservation for an expensive restaurant when they said there's good news may gusto mag rebook. It was worth the wait and cancelling the expensive resto. Yung total bill ata namin that would last for maybe max of 3 hrs na, was replaced with 3 days and 2 nights of cool and relaxing breeze outside the metro, imho mas worth it. Plus we were able to buy all our food na from the grocery for the duration of our stay. May mga nakalimutan ako but Grab Mart was accessible.

Place is absolutely beautiful and eco-friendly since solar powered and complete with everything you will ever need for cooking, except the seasonings. Maarte ako so sakto I brought my own. Sayang lang at that time naubusan na daw sila ng coffee beans for the french press, so instant instant nalang muna for our coffee. Don't forget to bring your own drinking water too. I'm a chef and I appreciate how sharp their knives and scissors are since I forgot mine, naging fave ko yung santoku and bamboo chopping board nila. I like how well thought of lahat ng bits and pieces in their tiny kitchen.

Although I'm a chef, grilling wasn't really on my skill set.  But I was determined to grill/cook all our food for the duration of our stay. Our celebration became much more intimate and fun as we teamed up to grill our food for the first time, taking turns to make paypay, though we were hungry trying to grill for 3 hrs. (our charcoal wasn't effective) and a little bit undercooked yung brined chicken inasal ko, it was a bonding exp. and we got the hang of it on our second try with our marinated liempo when we used Kuya's charcoal na. On the third try, sabi nga nila third time's a charm, na perfect na namin yung Australian Angus Rib Eye Steak for the main event. I just had to run around by the grill and the stove, go in and out all the time to prep the veggies and seasonings and fetch our plates and all that, and since you have to leave your footwear outside, may inside slippers naman provided but it was too thin and hassle to keep changing footwear so I ended up wearing socks nalang, very Tita, but who cares wala naman ibang tao and at night it's a bit chilly na rin.

Speaking of, Kuya the caretaker who is very kind, courteous and attends to our needs, would leave everyday from 5pm to 8 or 9pm, so make sure to ask for whatever you need na the entire night before he goes out. There is no water heater, as a result, I'd down my whiskey and sing and dance around since wala ngang ibang tao, even the care taker, to ready myself for the battle of taking a cold shower at night after grilling and playing with the doggos. Struggle lang a bit, I had to keep telling myself nakakabata daw ang cold shower, anti-aging to, kaya mo to!  Feeling fresh though is always worth it.

REMEMBER to keep your trash securely at night because there were stray dogs that feasted on our left overs in the trash, they knocked it down, kahit yung salad inubos nila.  They left evidence (big piles of dog poop, our dogs' were smaller), so beware incase you might step on them. We learned our lesson so we kept our secured trash at our pick-up truck's bed the following night but left our dog's bowl outside with dog food, a little treat for them nalang since we secured our trash. The following day, ubos.

They also have a mini golf set / putting green that we used a bit to play and tease our little pupup who got obsessed with chasing the golf ball. I also noticed, there's jengga, some interesting books and a guitar (kaso ang taas di ko na inabot coz I know mag fefeeling lang ako). And they have this little board that greeted us Happy Anniv with our names on it, cute little romatic set-up beside the bed. Overall, the experience was great, we will definitely come back."

- Mel Santos, Dec 2023, Facebook

"This was truly one of the most unique AirBnB listings out there! The place was cozy, peaceful, private, and very relaxing. So lucky I found this place because it was exactly what we were looking for and you really get your money’s worth. Many thanks to the hosts, Jonathan and Marilou, and to Kuya Lester for their hospitality— I’ve nothing but good comments about this place. ☺️
✅ You can easily locate the place using Waze/GMaps so nothing to worry about getting lost. Host will also send instructions prior to your stay.
✅ Complete cooking supplies — all you need to bring are your ingredients and you’re ready to go!
✅ It is a bit secluded from the city center, but you don’t have to worry about the signal because Wi-Fi and mobile data is still strong. Kuya Lester will also help you out if you need some assistance. Famous tourists spots in Tagaytay are also near (Crosswinds is 30 mins away).
Thank you again! Your place is truly a haven for us who seek calmness and relaxation! 😊"

" It was an unforgettable birthday and wedding anniversary! We wanted to say thank you to the beautiful family who welcomed us in their abode, Sir Jon, Miss Lot, Mama michi and Sir lester were very accomodating to us since the time we booked. They gave us a cake, snake plant and 2 plant pots as gifts! They were very thoughtful and the home was very beautiful. They have everything you need for a total disconnection from the outside world, karaoke, kitchen, griller, bath tub, bonfire, a big backyard, name it! They have it. I advice you guys to book two nights because I tell you one night will not be enough! Also bring your marinated meat, chips, liquors, and everything you wanted to bring because once you are there, you would never want to leave this beautiful place! Kudos to them for inspiring others to never stop dreaming. Behind this beautiful home, was a story that this was only their dream, and now it is real! We hope future visitors would take care of their homet. 1Billion⭐️/⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Casita Isabella stands as a concealed sanctuary in the heart of Tagaytay. From the moment we stepped onto the grounds, the tranquility and calm embraced us. The cool breeze and the soothing symphony of crickets evoked a nostalgic longing for my childhood days. I found home, peace and silence in one place. The experience was unique, thanks to the hands-on owners, who made sure our stay was amazing. Ms. Lot handled inquiries seamlessly. Kuya Jon, was so enthusiastic. He made sure we'll have a comfortable stay, even lending us his guitar for a bonfire jam session. He also provided essentials like a kettle and pail for the chilly night water. The kitchenware from IKEA added a touch of delight, enhancing our intimate moments with wine and a Charcuterie Board on their charming wooden surface. Beneath a starlit sky, our night became extraordinary. A last-minute booking that turned into a memorable experience. Casita Isabella transcends being merely a place; it is an immersive journey."
