To ensure the safety and security of all guests, only registered guests are permitted on the property. Please inform us in advance if you plan to have visitors, so we can make the necessary arrangements and advise you of any applicable fees.
CANCELLATION & REBOOKING POLICY
We understand that travel plans can change sometimes. Here's a clear outline of our cancellation and rebooking policy:
HOW TO CANCEL OR REBOOK:
To cancel or rebook your reservation, please send us a message through our messenger to notify us.
REBOOKING:
- One free rebooking is allowed with at least 14 days' notice before your arrival date, subject to availability.
- Rebooking requests within 14 days of arrival will only be considered if we can find another guest to fill your vacancy. A P400 rebooking fee applies in this case.
- Rebooking requests within 72 hours of arrival cannot be accommodated.
CANCELLATION:
- Cancellations with at least 21 days' notice before your arrival will receive a full refund of your down payment, minus an 800 peso cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 21 days of arrival will receive a full refund of your down payment, minus an 800 peso cancellation fee, only if we can rebook Casita Isabella for those dates. Unfortunately, if we can't find a replacement guest, a refund won't be possible.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit the entire down payment.
THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS:
If you booked through a third-party booking site (Airbnb), their cancellation policies apply. Please contact them directly for any questions about rebooking or cancellation.
REFUNDS:
All refunds will be processed via bank transfer or GCash.
ABOUT UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:
We strive to be flexible, but please note that we cannot provide refunds or allow rebooking due to inclement weather, changes in travel plans, personal illness or injury, family emergencies, etc. Rebookings are only automatically activated if Tagaytay or Mendez is placed under severe storm signals (Signal 4 or 5), or if the local government officially declares the area unsafe for travel.
Your Safety is Our Priority: While we adhere to our cancellation policy, we want to emphasize that your safety and the safety of your party should always be your primary concern. If you feel that unforeseen circumstances make travel unsafe, we urge you to prioritize your well-being and make the best decision for your group. Our standard policy will still apply, but we support your decision to put safety first.
SAFETY GUIDELINES:
Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of all companions, including children, throughout their stay.
🛌 Loft Area: Children must be closely supervised in the loft area due to potential fall risks.
🌳 Outdoor Spaces: Exercise caution when using outdoor spaces, especially on uneven surfaces.
🛁 Dipping Tub: Use the dipping tub at your own risk. Supervise children at all times when they are in or around the dipping tub.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY (WAIVER):
By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree that the host(s) of Casita Isabella shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur during their stay.
This includes, but is not limited to, incidents related to the use of the loft area, outdoor spaces, and the dipping tub.
